2. Pharmacy Dispensing & NHS Prescriptions

All pharmaceutical dispensing, clinical validation, and prescription assembly are carried out at GPhC-registered pharmacy premises under the direct supervision of licensed UK pharmacists.

• Prescription Validity: We dispense medicines strictly pursuant to valid electronic or written prescriptions issued by registered UK prescribers (GMC/GPhC/NMC).
• Clinical Refusal & Safety: Our pharmacists reserve the absolute professional right to decline dispensing or request further GP verification if a medicine is clinically inappropriate or poses patient safety risks.
• Controlled Drugs: Controlled substances require physical ID verification upon collection or delivery in accordance with the Misuse of Drugs Regulations.

3. Clinical Appointments & Service Bookings

Appointments booked online for vaccination clinics, health checks, or consultations represent conditional bookings subject to clinical triage upon arrival.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule clinic appointments.
• Patient Eligibility: Treatment provision is contingent upon satisfying clinical inclusion criteria determined during face-to-face consultation.

All proprietary code, branding assets, logos, design themes, graphics, 3D vectors, and editorial content are the exclusive intellectual property of Wise Pharmacy Group and protected under UK Copyright and Trademark law.

6. Patient & User Conduct Obligations

Users warrant that all demographic, contact, and medical information provided to Wise Pharmacy is accurate, complete, and truthful. Fraudulent prescription submissions or abusive conduct towards pharmacy staff will result in immediate service termination and referral to law enforcement or NHS Counter Fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Wise Pharmacy Group shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from website downtime or third-party telecommunication failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

8. Governing Law & UK Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
